My wife & I decided to appoint Marshall White to market our properties at 11 - 13 Oxford Street, Malvern in the latter half of 2013. The result ultimately achieved, well exceeded our expectations, & we believe was more than just good luck. When we withdrew 13 Oxford Street from sale it was magnanimously accepted, even though much work had already been completed. Well done Marshall White. We recently decided to sell our property after 10+ happy years in Perth Street, Prahran. Like many people, we don’t have a lot of experience in real estate so we looked at who we would engage to assist us through the process.
